Permitted Use
In general, if the proposal is for development other than a single-family home or remodeling project, you must submit a site plan to the Planning Commission or legislative body. The local zoning ordinance determines the land uses for which a site plan is required.
Residential
Will the construction be for a single-family home or remodeling project?
Non-Residential
Will the construction be for any development other than a single-family home or remodeling project?
