Visually or physically handicapped patron services
In addition to the substantial collection of Large Print books, there are other services available to Kalkaska residents, such as: - Applications forms for the Federal Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped program (a program served via the U.S. Postal Service.)
- Extensive collection of audio books on both CD and cassettes, and a limited amount of MP3 titles.
- Reader/scanner equipment that "reads aloud" mail, bills or other correspondence being scanned.
