Tuesday Morning: 7:00-8:30am Flow Style (Vinyasa) Hatha Yoga Class: This class is for experienced beginners and intermediate yoga practitioners. This is an energizing flow class for flexibility and strength, moving through standing poses, sun salutations and moving meditations.
Fee: 8 week session:$52.00 or drop in $8 per class.

Wednesday Evenings:5:30-7:00pm. Restorative Hatha Yoga Class: This evening class we will cultivate awareness and a deep conscious connection to our mind, body and spirit. We will flow into deep relaxtion, guilded seated meditations, yoga breathing techniques. Restorative yoga postures will include warm-ups, twists, hip openers, forward bends and fifteen minute Shavasana at the end of class for deep relaxation and release.
The class is suitable for yoga practitioners of all levels.
Class fees: for 8 weeks is $55.25 for Members , $65. for nonmembers, or drop in for $9. per class.
