Todd is a third generation Garfield Township resident. He and his wife, Bobbie Jo, have 3 beautiful children, Lane, Ty and Meghan.
He wears many hats in our township. Besides serving as secretary for the Board of Review, Todd was elected township supervisor in November, 2004. He is a Captain of Station 3, Garfield Township Fire Department, and is also on the Cemetery Committee, Historical Society, and Action Group.
