Are you looking for a new best friend? We might just have one for you at the Kalkaska County Animal Shelter. Many of these animals are already spayed or neutered. Adoption fees are $50 for dogs plus a $25 spay/neuter deposit. Cat adoption fees are $25 plus a $25 spay/neuter deposit. The spay/neuter deposit is refunded back when you have the aopted animal spayed or neutered within 30 days from adoption. The deposit is not required for animals that are already spayed or neutered.
