You should receive your winter tax bill within the first two weeks of December. Winter taxes are payable to your Township Treasurer and are due  by February 14th without penalty. A late fee of 3% will apply starting February 15th thru the last day of February. Tax and additional fees will by payable to Kalkaska County Treasurer after March 1st. Any questions you have on current taxes due should be addressed to your local Township Treasurer. 

Summer Taxes are due September 14th of each year payable to your Township Treasurer without penelty.  Beginning September 15th, 1% interest is added each month.  The taxes become delinquent and are sent to the County March 1st of the following year.
